Mohollla Shopping Refund Policy

 1. Eligibility for Refunds  

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:  

- Cancelled Orders: Orders cancelled before shopkeeper confirmation.  

- Undelivered Orders: Orders not delivered within the promised timeframe.  

- Incorrect/Defective Items: Wrong, damaged, or substandard products received.

 2. Non-Refundable Scenarios  

No refunds will be provided for:  

- Orders cancelled after shopkeeper confirmation.  

- Minor product variations (e.g., color shades, packaging changes).  

- User-provided incorrect address or unavailability at delivery time.

 3. Refund Process  

- Request Submission:  

  - Raise a request via the app/website within 48 hours of delivery.  

  - Provide order details and photos (for defective/wrong items).  

- Verification:  

  - Mohollla or the shopkeeper will verify the claim within 72 hours.  

- Approval & Processing:  

  - Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

 4. Partial Refunds  

For partially incorrect orders, refunds will be issued only for the affected items.

 5. Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Refunds  

- Refunds for COD orders will be transferred to the user’s bank account (provide details via app).

 6. Shopkeeper Responsibilities  

- Shopkeepers must resolve refund requests promptly.  

- Repeated refund cases may lead to account review or suspension.
